At The Nature of Beauty, we are committed to carrying only the safest products on the market. We want you, the customer, to know that when you purchase any product on our website, you can trust it to be safe, high-quality, and manufactured by socially and environmentally responsible companies. Our criteria for selecting products are very strict, and the list of ingredients we won't accept is lengthy. Ingredients you will not find in any of our products include:

• Petroleum-based chemicals (petrolatum, mineral oil, etc)

• Any ingredient with "urea" in it

• Aluminum-containing ingredients
• BHA and BHT
• Methylisothiazolinone
• Nonylphenol
• Hydroquinone
• Thimerosol
• P-Phenylenediamine, 1,4-Benzenediamine; p-Phenyldiamine and 4-Phenylenediamine
• Toluene
• Urethane
• Ingredients tested on animals
